How do I know if you have received my order? 

At the end of the purchase process, the customer will receive an order confirmation to the E-mail address indicated during the checkout, in addition, the buyer will be able to consult the status of the order at any time in the dedicated area.

How can I pay for my order? 

The accepted payment methods are : Credit Card, Paypal, Advanced Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery

Can the invoice address be different from the delivery address?

Yes, but this must be specified at the moment of the purchase by entering the necessary data.

What information do you need to finalize the order?

In the case of an order placed by a private individual, the data necessary for finalizing the order will be:

What should I do to return the goods?  

It is possible to return the goods within 14 days from the receipt, in accordance with the law in force art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, without penalty and no obligation to specify the reason.

The consumer who wants to apply his right to return from the purchase made on Emporio Calze, will be able do it using the form available for download at the following link :RETURN FORM

The consumer must exercise the right of return by sending an explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract or alternatively send the withdrawal form type, referred to in Annex I, part B, Legislative Decree 21/2014 not mandatory.

The products must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all their parts and complete with all the tax documentation. After verifying that the above conditions have been met, the Seller will refund the amount of the returned products within a maximum period of 14 days.

As required by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the site may suspend reimbursement until receipt of the goods or until the buyer demonstrates having sent back the goods.

The right of withdrawal will not apply if the services and products of Emporio Calze are included in the categories of art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. 

How does the refund take place? 

After verifying compliance with the requirements, the seller shall make the refund using the same means of payment chosen by the purchaser at the time of purchase. In the case of payment by bank transfer and if the purchaser intends to exercise his or her right of withdrawal and/or return, he or she shall provide his or her bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary for making the refund. The seller, after verifying compliance with the requirements, will do the refund using the same way of payment chosen by the buyer during the purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, the buyer who made the rest must provide his / her bank coordinates necessary for the reimbursement: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC .

What happen if my purchase isn’t suitable?

If the consumer decides to return the product, this must be done within 14 days from the delivery date. Returned products must be new and in their original packaging. Returns or size changes of worn, washed or damaged products are not accepted.

Once the return has been received, the conformity of the goods will be checked and then we will proceed with the new shipment for the change of size and / or with the refund of the product price.
