SHIPPING NOTICE
You will receive an email from CALZE B.C. SRL as soon as your order has been dispatched, it will then be possible to track the shipment using the tracking code provided by the courier. When ordering, the estimated delivery date is shown,; this information is only approximate.
It is important to leave an easily reachable telephone number when ordering.
DELIVERY TIMES
CALZE B.C. SRL undertakes to deliver the products ordered by the customer within 5 working days after payment. As an overall guideline, you will receive your order in 2-5 working days (for Italy). Should your order include a product that requires longer preparation and delivery times, we will inform you promptly.
Any delays, misunderstandings or damages due to the courier cannot be attributed to CALZE B.C. SRL, which in any case commits to collecting any reports of non-delivery or delayed delivery of products through the dedicated Customer Service.
With regard to the handling of products damaged during transport, all liability shall be attributed to the courier that handled the delivery.
SHIPPING COSTS
In Italy, shipping is free for orders over €30.
For purchases of a lower amount, the shipping cost will be €5.90.
Abroad, shipping is free for orders over €99.For purchases of a lower amount, the shipping cost will start from € 14.90 and it may be subject to change.
For deliveries abroad the shipping costs are subject to changes depending on the country of delivery, by selecting your country in the appropriate menu in the shopping cart you will see the exact cost of delivery.
All products are accompanied by the regular sales documents.
RETURNS
How can I exercise my right of withdrawal?
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason, within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the products in accordance with Art. 57 of D.lgs 206/2005.
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase made on Emporio Calze by filling in the return form.(You can download the return form here:DOWNLOAD FORM)
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase made on Emporio Calze also by sending an explicit statement containing the decision to withdraw from the contract alternatively to the non-compulsory, though strongly recommended, withdrawal form, as per attachmentI, part B, D.Lgs 21/2014.

The products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts, with any tags and labels intact and still attached to the product itself, complete with the courtesy invoice. WProvided that we can verify compliance with the above, the seller shall refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days.
As provided for in Art. 56(3) of D.Lgs 206/2005, later modified by D.lgs 21/2014, the site may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or until the purchaser proves that he has returned the goods.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the event that Emporio Calze's products are included in the categories of Art. 59 of D.Lgs 206/2005..
How is the refund made?
The seller, after verifying compliance with the requirements, will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal using the same means of payment chosen by the purchaser at the time of purchase, or by replacing the product with another of equal value if required. In case of payment by bank transfer and if the purchaser intends to exercise his or her right to withdraw from the purchase, he or she must provide his or her bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary for the refund to be made.
How can I exchange or return a product considered unsuitable?
The purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. The products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts, with any tags and labels intact and still attached to the product itself.
Returns or exchanges of worn, washed or damaged products will not be accepted.
The purchaser is obliged to fill in the exchange/return form, deemed necessary for a correct procedure, send it by email, print it out and insert it inside the parcel. It is also possible to send an email with an explicit statement containing the decision to withdraw from the contract, print it out and place it inside the parcel.

Once the return has been received, the conformity of the goods will be checked and then a new shipment will be processed for an exchange of the same amount or a refund of the amount of the product.
The costs of the subsequent shipment for any product exchange are at the seller's expense.
